All payments made to Beyond ROAS for services are non-refundable once the service engagement has commenced, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing by Beyond ROAS.

This policy applies to all our services, including:

• Performance Marketing: Meta Ads management, campaign optimization, and marketing strategy.
• CRO Services: Website audits, conversion optimization, landing page improvements, and implementation.
• Shopify Services: Shopify store development, theme customization, UI/UX design, custom sections, app integrations, and website maintenance.
• Content Creation: Ad creatives, static designs, video editing, UGC ads, reels, product photography, and other content production.
• Creative Strategy: Ad concepts, creative research, scripting, content planning, and performance creative development.
• Consulting and Project-Based Services: Strategy sessions, retainers, advance payments, and other agreed service engagements.

Marketing and business results depend on several factors, including market conditions, competition, advertising platform performance, product-market fit, pricing, website experience, and client-side operations.

Dissatisfaction with campaign performance, failure to achieve expected sales or ROAS, or changes in business objectives do not automatically qualify for a refund, subject to any separate written performance guarantee or applicable legal requirements.

Payments for Shopify development, theme customization, UI/UX design, website implementation, and related services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

This includes work involving design concepts, development, custom coding, integrations, revisions, and other agreed deliverables.

Clients are responsible for providing the required content, product information, approvals, and access in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, or third-party applications may affect project timelines.

Payments for content creation and creative production services are non-refundable once production has commenced or resources have been committed to the project.

This includes ad creatives, static designs, UGC videos, reels, scripts, editing, product shoots, creator bookings, and other agreed content deliverables.

Third-party creator fees, production expenses, location charges, and other approved costs may be non-refundable once committed or incurred.

Any revisions, reshoots, or additional deliverables will be handled according to the agreed project scope.

Clients wishing to discontinue services must provide written notice in accordance with their service agreement.

Fees for services already commenced are non-refundable. Outstanding payments, notice periods, and termination obligations will be governed by the applicable service agreement.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle a client to a refund for the current billing period or for work already completed.

Advertising budgets paid directly to platforms such as Meta are separate from Beyond ROAS's service fees and are subject to the relevant platform's billing and refund policies.

Third-party costs, including software subscriptions, creator fees, production expenses, paid tools, and approved external services, may be non-refundable once committed or incurred.

If a client participates in a specific performance guarantee or promotional offer, its terms and eligibility requirements will be documented separately in writing.

Any refund eligibility under such an offer will be governed by its specific conditions, agreed objectives, measurement period, client responsibilities, and applicable legal requirements.

This policy does not override any express written refund commitment made by Beyond ROAS.
